How well do you move?

I walk very well.. I'm a fast walker, and I can still run,.. not that I want to, but I can, and I can still run downstairs which I do almost daily.... not so easy running upstairs.. but I'm very active . I swim when I get the chance.. and when I'm over at the other house that's morning and night every day.

The problem I have is that I have a painful right knee. and tho' I walk well and fast.. it can give out at any time and cause me pain , sometimes that can be as little as a mile.. other times I can walk all day without any problem at all..... . I'm 67

I'm 70 with long legs, a life time walker.Every morning I walk down 3 flights of stairs outside to take my 1st walk of the day. I have arthritis in both knees, partial right knee{ had surgery in 2004} .The days I can't go {due to weather} I try to walk up/downstairs to basement a couple times. I try to keep moving as much as possible

I’m almost 70. Other than no longer being able to run or jog like I used to, there are no discernible changes in my gait. I’m tall and have long legs, so I can cover a lot of ground when I walk! 😂

I was an athlete as a kid, did some modeling in my teens and learned really good posture, took up ballroom dancing in my 50’s and still do that. I believe all that has contributed to being able to move well and easily as I’ve aged. I also take a variety of supplements targeting my joints, muscles and skeletal system, and I think that helps. I have some arthritis in my hip, knee and shoulder, but moving helps that too.

What about you? How well do you move?
70, tall, long legs. I stay moving every day, helps my osteoarthritis a lot.
