On a computer it's the same as on any forum...upload pic from computer.
On your iPad...download the photobucket app and go from there.

You can insert images into your posts directly from your computer, just click the "Insert Image" button
above the input box, then select "From Computer".
If you want to use photos from other sites such as photobucket, also use the "insert image"
button, then select "From URL" and copy the image address. Many websites have made the code available for you to use it on forums, usually labeled as "BB Code", just copy it into your post.
