Not a fan of all that underground living, no matter how elaborate and expensive it is. For me, it would give me a feeling of depression, especially that kitchen. Too PINK, and looking into darkness wouldn't work for me.

I was a guest at a silo house in upstate NY many years ago - it was quite an adventure, but it was also quite Spartan compared to this one.
