Harvey is a sneaky pup! He had been an indoor pup since adoption. Well, about a month ago, he started howling at 2 a.m. or so and the owner would get up to take him out to do his business. The minute that the door was open, Harvey would run around and play. He refused to come back inside the house. The owner finally could not do this; he was losing a lot of sleep. He even had a big dog house built for Harvey. Of course, when the weather is bad, he'll be brought in.
