Deadlocked is better than not guilty because that means a possibility of a retrial or plea agreement. Last I checked most were pretty calm in Baltimore. Even a commentator said at least they got information out of this trial even if a confirmation of what was suspected like not seat belting the prisoner in van or most prisoners complain to stay out of the jail with a trip to the hospital.

It's not NOT GUILTY which is a good thing.

Officer Michael Slagle has been charged with murdering Walter Scott in South Carolina.

12 yr old Tamir Rice was killed by police in Cleveland.

And Trevon Martin was murdered in Florida by George Zimmerman. He was acquitted.

I'm not seeing any humor - tongue in cheek or otherwise - in any of it.
