Hurricane Agatha Makes Landfall in Mexico

FYI ... If/when Hurricane Agatha crosses over into the Gulf of Mexico, it will change names, and become Alex.

Hurricanes in the Atlantic have their own set of names.
It doesn't happen often, but they do cross over sometimes like this one probably will do, and then change their identity.

The Hurricane Formerly Known As Agatha Now Tropical Storm Elsa And Possibly Future Tropical Storm Alex Will Hit Florida Saturday
Elsa and the video was from a year ago. There is still uncertainty as to whether "Alex" is a tropical storm or depression when crossing Florida. Once across Florida T.S. Alex becomes more likely.

Generally, the current Tropical Depression might become Alex, but a low end tropical storm, winds in the 30~50 mph range. A lot of rain, but nothing really unusual for Florida, in my opinion.
