Hurricanes, Tornados, Earthquakes, Fires, Floods?

Gaer

"Angel whisperer"
This is an active planet.
These facts are taken from a speech before the Washington Center for Complexity and Public Policy, Washington D.C. Nov. 6th 2005 by Michael Crichton.
"Earthquakes re continuous, a million and a half of them every year, or three every moment.
At any moment, there are 1500 electrical storms on the planet. A tornado touches down every six hours. We have 90 hurricanes every year, or one every four days."
"Violent, disruptive, chaotic activity is a constant feature of our globe."

Just thought this speech was interesting. People often search for someone to blame for natural events.

The planet, and the weather, is constantly changing, and people need to be prepared for whatever natural disaster is likely to occur in their area. More and more people are affected every year, simply because of our increasing populations. As the planet continues to warm, the frequency, and severity of these issues is only going to increase.

And peace in the Middle East, hmm, that rhymes. šŸ˜‚. Is it the end of times?-as predicted in the Bible or just the end of the good times?
