I add condiments to hamburger before cooking

On the rare (no pun) occasion I have hamburger, I add some barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder and mix them right into the meat, then make patties and bake in the oven. I don't have a bun with them and it saves having to put a messy topping on them.
And sometimes I add a few more things and form tiny individual meatloaves.
 
What gave me the idea was a commercial I saw a long time ago. Some people were having a cook-out and one guest was complimenting the host on what great tasting burgers he had. The host said he added some onion soup mix to the meat before cooking.
Deb, I agree, I always keep onion soup mix on hand for this. Great in meatloaf too
