I am perplexed by present health condition

Can't figure out why pushing snowblower/grocery shopping cart tires me out and causes my body to ache? I suspect muscle fatigue & weakness is a neurological condition unconfirmed. I have a neurology appointment on April 1, trying to reschedule for a sooner date.

Used snowblower this morning, shortness of breath, fatigued, and intensive body pain. Same with shopping carts.

Don't want to give into symptoms when I believe there are treatment options yet undiscovered. Still think it's neurological.

Could be lack of blood-oxygen, perhaps due to poor circulation which might indicate a heart condition, i.e. it's too slow or you've got a "lazy"/"floppy" valve or there's an obstruction. Make sure to get that checked, Ed. The doctor can do a very simple test with one of those things they clip onto the tip of your finger that measures oxygen absorption in your system.

I don't know Mr. Ed but I also have about the same thing. Laying in bed at night holding up a small ipad for a short time (OK, maybe a couple hours) makes my hand go numb and and then weak and sore the next day, clear up my arm. I did purchase an oxygen measure device that clamps on one of my fingers. So far, nothing serious to worry about.

Holding up an iPad in bed may decrease blood circulation making your hand numb and tingly

If your laying flat put your I pad on a little pillow just below your chest, works great for me.
Some times its the cervical disk in the neck causing the problem down the arm and hand, my information came from a doctor.

I'm glad you are seeing a doctor sooner.
It's the shortness of breath that seems most concerning, and should be checked out, asap, to be on safer side.
It was good that you called and they got you in.

I have that issue and the tingling happens no matter what my arms and hands are doing, but mostly when they're just hanging there not doing much, and occasionally when I'm kicking back and toss one of them behind my neck to use as (a poor replacement for) a headrest.
