I believe prayer is important

Prayer allows me to voice my concerns about anything I choose. I pray for family and people I love, health and wellbeing. I need little, so I stopped praying for physical things like a 911 Porche, now I limit my prayers to less expensive automobiles.

I'm not religious but believe in prayer and pray every evening. What prayer does is force me to reflect on my day, recognize my mistakes and think about how to improve. Pray also is a chance to reflect on all the good in my life and express my gratitude.

Prayer is important, for me not Christianity, the Bible or Jesus. These three things are supposed be references for godly worship. The term in Jesus name at close of prayer is biblical propaganda to promote Jesus as the only way to talk to god.

Without proof I believe humanity have a natural spiritual connection with the big picture and because of this Christianity, Jesus and the Bible are all obsolete for talking, praying to god. Religions are like a store front window getting customers to buy into their form of worship. Truthfully however, none of these are specifically endorsed by the Great Oz, but they try to convince followers to collectively believe as taught.
