For real, my husband has just bought a set of non-stick egg rings. He hasn't used them yet, but if I remember I'll report back about their stickiness or, hopefully, lack thereof.

When I feel creative, I cut a shape out of the center of a piece of bread and use that has an egg ring for fried eggs.

K, so my husband used them the other day and they worked pretty well. The thing is, he sprayed them with non-stick spray oil before using, even though they are supposed to be non-stick on their own. He has apparently used them before (I don't remember it) and knew that going in.
