I Didn't get the Autumn Booster

I had a cold at the time, when I got rid of the cold,
the pharmacy that I use, had stopped doing it, there
was another one not too far doing walk-ins, so I went
there last Friday, they have stopped it also!

Phoned lots of pharmacies, those who answered, are
not doing it.

One, who did answer the phone, says that he is saving
names and numbers, he needs 6 to open a phial/vial
of the vaccine, that is how many shots are in one.

The last booster stops on the 31st January, I might have
to wait for the spring booster, if the pharmacist, doesn't
get six people.

The Doctors, don't do it, they gave it to the pharmacies!

I haven't been feeling well the last couple times I saw my primary. Here are the shots that I am told I need.

Covid boosters. One now and then one later. , Flu, Rsv, pneumonia, Tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis, and shingles ( travel vaccines ). That's about 8! When and how soon can I, or will I get these?

Drs have had same issue with trying to do patients in multiples of 6 to use a vial. ( pfizer)
I believe Pfizer are bringing out single doses so that should help logistics.

I got the booster this morning, at last, the pharmacist,
who was saving names and phone numbers, called me,
so I am good now, he said that he would have given me
the booster, if I had sniffles, but not if I had flu symptoms,
I will probably go back there in the future.

I went into the hospital for emergency surgery on 1/20. The doctors said I would be going into surgery as soon as they could assemble a surgical team. The head of Neurosurgery came into my room and asked me a whole lot of questions and decided to put the surgery on hold until 1/22. I tore my sciatic nerve on the left side. I was actually crippled from that. They loaded me up with narcotics for the pain. I never had pain like that before and don’t want it again.

The day after I was admitted, 3 nurses came into my room with a cart full of medicines. The one nurse said the hospital was experiencing an overload of COVID and flu patients and asked if I had my COVID card with me showing how many boosters I had. I had taken the initial 2 shots and then 1 booster and that was it.

The nurse then asked if I wanted a booster for protection while I was in the hospital. I said “No, but thanks for the offer.”
