I don't think certain threads are going to the index

Hi @Matrix I have been posting in the mental health forum and after I post they are not showing up in the side bar. I don't know if I'm explaining it right. I don't know what the thing is called actually where recent posts show up on the index page.

Not sure, but if you just posted something you may have to refresh the page for it to show something so new.
