I failed at Virtual Visits

I'm a computer nut, or tech geek. I usually do great with anything computer related. But my luck must have run out. The first thing was a virtual class for pre-diabetics. I used my iMac (before it died). I could see the other people, but couldn't hear them. I gave up. Next was a virtual visit with my Sleep Doctor (I have sleep apnea). I meant to use my iPad for that visit. I couldn't sign in, and was eventually locked out. That was a few weeks ago. I've put a halt to that until I feel better about stuff in general.

I tried like the devil to use my iPad for a virtual visit with one of my doctors and like you I could not sign in. After digging into the issue I found that my old iPad was not compatible with the software they were using. There is no way that I am going to replace it just to be able to deal with their software.

Same thing happened to me with my doctor! Finally, he just came to the phone and talked with me.

Don't worry Ronk, you'll get it.

Pecos, I hope my iPad isn't too old. My Dad bought it for me in 2013. Dad doesn't have much money to spend on gifts any more. I couldn't afford to buy a new one now. I've decided it's best to be sure I can sign in before I schedule another appointment. I'll have more time to fix any troubles.

RadishRose, thanks for your encouragement!
