I Feel Like Dancing!!

Thank @Lara. I ove watching that video of Ok Go's Skycrapers. Ok Go does some wonderful choreographic routines. Sometimes with lights, objects, dancing and themselves.
This video is not exactly dancing. It is choreography on treadmills. I also posted a funny video of theirs in the Song Cover thread that they did with the Muppets.

In @Dustbunny 's post of the Thriller easy choreography kids video Michael Jackson footwork and dynamic motion carrying body positions are similar in many ways to how I have always rock danced. Just flows out of me similar to more active Deadhead doing hands up 3-D Space dances. None of Michael's herky jerky motion or trick stuff he is known for, haha. At the Sunday Dead & Company concert, several in some kind of group danced like that with me continuously. One gal I loved was also capable of spinning and really got my attention when she did so like a sped up gear sprocket rotating around me in sync to my fast movements during piano runs.

In @dave.galligher 's post, all those Uptown Funk dancers have learned how to use their legs/feet by naturally learning and harnessing the bilateral dynamic rebounding left right left right, back and forth movement. Same thing any kid learns without help bouncing on a trampoline by feeling their body mass and balance. That is what I do and was probably subconsciously absorbed before becoming an adult when I'd never ever danced, from Hollywood films as their choreographers really understand such. Many new era genre dances because they tend to be mostly upper and middle body focused, have oddly not yet discovered that so legs and feet tend to wander about below disconnected from a fuller whole body dynamic. The more one repeats such movements, the more it becomes automatic, natural, due to neural plasticity without having to think.
