My windows 10 operating system decided to quit the other day. What a mess. Luckily I had just done my weekly backup. I had everything I needed to remedy the situation. Repair disc, repair flash drive, windows image and all my files and folders saved to an external hard drive but none of that is any good if you cannot boot the computer. I had LINUX saved on a flash drive and it did boot so that is how I am online at the moment. All is not lost. My computer is still under warranty. I have filed a claim and I am awaiting the results. Being that LINUX booted up I think the computers hardware is intact and the operating system is what failed. It was stuck in a perpetual loop in "Preparing Automatic Repair" mode. I will see what CS comes up with.
