Son lost his bus card for the millionth time. Block, ask a new one, upload a new pic. What is the old nr? Thats on student site. Ah fine. Nowhere to be found. After 10 times it still uploads the pic wrong. I bought cigarettes.
Once at a job as a student I got so mad. I told that man: I hate computers!!!!!

However.. in this instance the fault really lies with your son..for not loooking after his bus card !
 
What do you mean by this? I'm sorry you're having such a hard time. Is there anything I can do to help? I am good with computers(as good as I can be lol). I'm here to help if you need it. I'm sorry your son lost his bus card.
 
A few weeks ago I walked through the grass next to the bus lane to try find it. Cars honking. What are you doing there???
 
It's good that I couldn't get the site working, because his dad just called. Did he lose his card? It was under the sheet of his bed at his dad's place. Unbelievable. Well I'm glad we got it back.
 
I am growing a bit tired of all the passwords, then you get a text with a code, then you solve a puzzle and sometimes you still can't log in.

They do it to protect against scammers, but much like child proof medicine bottles, sometimes it makes it feel nearly impossible!
