I have a question about something...

neighbors jump thru all the hoops to have about 5 preventative tests to "earn" gift cards..
Not sure if it is worth all the time for appointments and possible co-pays to "earn" gift cards.
The companies are getting reimbursed and perhaps even negotiating for extra money since more people are "needing" these tests etc
UHC (United Health Care) does not make me do those tests to earn rewards. Sometimes I just have to watch a video or do a survey on their site. They pay me $15. for a yearly doctor appointment which I do anyway. I have been getting $10. monthly as a reward for doing some type of exercise (I do walking) ten days a month. The benefit last year was $217. This year it is $149. I have to use it up by the last day of the month. Then on the first it is added again. Rewards rollover each month.

I am getting this because I have Medicaid and low income. I am not sure if my age had anything to do with this but could be. I have no complaints about them. I spend my benefit card on Walmart's online site and have my food delivered. The only thing that I cannot pay with this is soda, candy and maybe snack foods (not sure about that). When I first signed up with them (Medicaid told me I had to pick a supplemental) I did not know about the benefit card or rewards then. It has been very helpful to me especially with the price of groceries.
