I have an appointment with my ophthalmologist on Monday

They usually call with a reminder message and to confirm. This time I received an email from Klara (touted as an easy and secure way for medical providers to communicate with their patients and with each other) to confirm, but it doesn't work on my computer because of an "outdated browser".

Routine scheduled yearly eye exam reminder was sent to my wife's email sent along with a check in form. Now all she has to do is show up, slide her Medicare card in the kiosk & wait to be called. The facility we go to usually is right on time or no more than 5 minutes waiting.

When I received the email, it was after hours on Friday. I did post a message to the patient portal to conform and also added that Klara doesn't work on my computer.
This is recurring in your posts. Believe me, my desk has scratch marks from me refusing to text! This is standard communication.
