......so he started his own! I can't believe someone I loved and admired so much at one time, I now regard as a HUGELY MAJOR POS!!!! And he's dumped that Rielle thing, as she's back in Charlotte and been seen out and about. My boss travels in the same circles that she has fringed on after moving here a few yrs ago w/baby in tow. He says those she thinks are friends consider her a ho and a total nut case. I'm so glad she didn't get her man, tho God knows she tried hard enough, thinking a baby would do it! Poor child, but I truly feel sorry for his children with him for a dad and no mother.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Former U.S. Senator John Edwards is opening a new law firm with his eldest daughter, he said on Tuesday, shedding the low profile he has kept since standing trial last year on campaign finance fraud charges that arose from a failed 2008 White House bid.

Only reason I don't agree they're still together, she moved from Charlotte to Raleigh to be near him and has been there since his wife died..perfect combo that they are: JERK & HO!!!! But she's moved back to Charlotte and is often seen out and about in the trendy spots by herself. I hear that from those I know young enough to still do the bar scene. (She's not young enough herself to pull it off, but she has NO shame or pride!) Anyhoo, she was out often when she lived here, but has been MIA for well over a year while she lived in Raleigh. I'm thinking John would save himself a 3+ hr drive and keep her close by if they were still a couple. They went public big time (featured in mag articles at his vacation home on Bald Head Island/NC) over a year ago, photographed often together. IMO, they apparently weren't trying to hide anything or show any amount of decent respect for his family. They really deserve each other, lowlifes that they are, but I hate the thought of seeing her get her man!!!
