I like ____________ and am not ashamed to admit it ! (Fill in the blank)

Central heating on a cold winter morning.
Flip of a switch and there's heat, no more building a fire.

Oops, I misunderstood the theme of this thread. Okay, here goes ..
I like setting the heater thermostat to 78 and am not ashamed to admit it !

My wife and I used to belong to a naturist resort and we also owned a casita. We had to pay a yearly membership fee, but there us no other experience like living nude. It’s a lot of fun and no one is different from anyone else are accepted whether they are young, old, skinny, fat, beautiful, not beautiful, long hair, no hair, you get the idea.

I met some of the best people I ever knew at the resort where we lived.

My word @hollydolly all your tennis shoes (not sure what you call them) are so clean!

And I didn't know your real first name wasn't Holly. Learned something new about you.
LOL... the 'tennis shoes'' are called Trainers here...(y)

My boots in the cupboard look a bit scruffy but they're not. The ones which do look like that are Suede, so in a picture they look like they need cleaned but they don't, it's just the nap.. I'm close to being obsessive about clean footwear.

When I was young my mum said people judge you on your footwear..you can be wearing the most expensive clothes or the latest hair-do.. but if your shoes are worn, or dirty.. you will be judged.. it always stuck with me.. that and the fact that as a child I had to go school Ironically.. with shoes that had holes in them, stuffed with pieces of cornflake packet to stop the rain or snow getting in.. never worked, and the holes caused holes in my socks too... so as an adult I've pretty much always been pedantic about having good shoes..

@hollydolly
I can relate to stuffing shoes that had holes in them. We used layers of newspaper. It embarrassed me.
