I like ____________ and am not ashamed to admit it ! (Fill in the blank)

I like committees and I'm not ashamed to admit it. When it comes to humans, 2 or more heads are always better than one; it's how we evolved.
So true. I can't tell you how many hundreds (thousands?) of times I've asked a co-worker to double check my work, saying, "I'd really like a second set of eyes to take a look at this." I do it to this day.

I don't think I posted this already....I love liver with onions and gravy. I don't buy liver to cook at home, but get it from a restaurant within walking distance from our timeshare. This is half or a little less than half of the dinner. I can count on their dinners lasting me last me two nights.

Liver tends to get a bad press because of it's appearance when raw. It isn't exactly agreeable when handling it for cutting and preparing either. Yet for all that I do like liver and bacon casserole.

Hungry Man chicken dinners. I only have one 2 or 3 times a year. First time in decades was when I was at the timeshare last October. On arrival day I did not feel like going back out or ordering, I went down to the resort's mini mart. The dinner looked like the most appetizing thing there besides pizza and the Arby's frozen hamburgers, neither of which I wanted. They also had Stouffer's meal but you don't get much for your money with those. C'mon Hungry Man even comes with dessert! 😛 I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I bought this one a couple of days ago for when I just can't decide or don't want to bother fixing anything. My first time getting the beer battered chicken.

The one I liked was 2 piece chicken, wing and small breast with corn and mashed potatoes, the brownie was a pleasing sweet at the end. This one I can't find anymore. Of course, these days I can make this at home, same sides but always make a nice cream gravy. Dessert now is up to my cravings

I'm sure they make the mashed potatoes with water, which is unacceptable to me. I'll add cream cheese flavored with onion powder and dill weed. That will make them taste much better. I'm thinking I may have bought the turkey dinner at least once, though I'm not a fan of turkey, but of course it would have been pressed and formed, not a whole turkey part. That had corn too. I found out I can't buy the salisbury steak one because it has pork in it.

The one I liked growing up they no longer make. Now it is all homemade, used to be a so called treat when we were kids but I would still buy it today.

I love dill but have never put it in potatoes, I am straight butter, half and half, salt and pepper. The cream gravy for the chicken and potatoes pulls the whole thing together. I must say this is a treat meal, not too often. Grandson loves it just like my son.

I wish I could find frozen dinners I like but so far no luck. These days, I just make my own, cook a nice meal and then freeze in meal sized portions. Does not work with everything to have the same texture and taste but I do have a few things that work.

My wife and I used to belong to a naturist resort and we also owned a casita. We had to pay a yearly membership fee, but there us no other experience like living nude. It’s a lot of fun and no one is different from anyone else are accepted whether they are young, old, skinny, fat, beautiful, not beautiful, long hair, no hair, you get the idea.

I met some of the best people I ever knew at the resort where we lived.
I wish there was somewhere like that near me. I have to drive 4 hours to the nearest nudist area.
