I live on the East Coast - expecting snow.

We hardly get a lot of snow accumulation. But I do believe we will be getting quite a bit this weekend. I went to the grocery store today - we are well prepared. Anyone that is expecting snow..stay safe.

We're actually supposed to get 1 - 3 inches on Thursday and a little more snow on Saturday. I confirmed a doctor's appointment for Thursday today before I saw the report. I don't to be out in it, since I'll be taking an Uber, so I'm going to reschedule tomorrow.

I got icy snow Sunday night going into Monday morning. I’m to get several inches more Wednesday night going into Thursday, then over the weekend, another coastal storm is coming. I’m gonna look into buying a flamethrower….

I had 3 inches and it started with sleet so lots of ice under the snow.

The wind had blown it onto my porch right up to my door. Porch is under a roof and no sun gets to it so even though it was melting everywhere it wasn't on my porch.

So today I spent about 30 or so minutes hosing it all off.

I've got supplies stocked up. One thing I truly dread is when the power goes out.

We had up to 15" of snow, depending on location across the GTA (Greater Toronto Area).
It's only 3Celsius today, with expected rain. I hope it doesn't get colder .. the roadways should be salted or sanded. It could rain .. have to go out to do some shopping.

That was my thought as well. But it is currently snowing. It started around 6:30pm Friday (today) - will end Saturday around 6am.

I can actually feel it in the air when snow is predicted. And I can tell by the sky as well a few days before it snows. As you stated, a gift.

I cannot imagine 15 inches here. Offices are shut down when we get 2 inches of snow,

I agree . We have gas heat, therefore we will stay warm. We are fully stocked as well - food, etc.
