I made a casserole with ground turkey

It was so good I made it again.

20-21 oz. package of ground turkey
olive oil
1 bag or container of baby spinach
14 - 15 oz can of diced tomatoes
2 cups casserole noodles
to taste:
salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried Italian herb mix, minced fresh garlic

Cook pasta to desired tenderness, drain and set aside.
In a Dutch oven, brown turkey in a few tablespoons of olive oil.
When thoroughly browned, add spinach. Cover and let the spinach wilt.
Add tomatoes and cooked pasta.
Heat until all warmed through.
Leftovers reheat well in a microwave.
