I made Split Pea soup this morning

Slightly different to my last batch
So simple.
Diced 4 large onions. 4 cloves garlic. Lightly fried in olive oil until softened.
2 carrots, 1 large zucchini, 2 cups chopped broccoli, 1 cup each frozen peas/beans.
2 cups of dried split peas, presoak peas 1-2 hours, add to mixture with 8 cups of boiling water, dash of salt/pepper.
3 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
Brought to the boil then simmered for 30 minutes.
Puree all.
Rather delicious.
