I meditated this morning using a tuning fork video

30 years ago I learned to meditate by focusing on a spot on my wall. I did it for 20 minutes twice a day...first thing in the morning...and around 6pm. While meditating this morning I had a completely different experience. I could focus on the sound and then let my mind drift to focusing a candle flame, or an image. I let my mind drift until it focused on its own. When I began to drift into "problem solving" I recognized it and in a natural way left it alone to vanish. So, you might want to try it. I think meditation helps our body and mind integrate and operate at its best. That's healthy. :)

I put it on full screen and have headphones.

I can't find the thread, but someone mentioned yesterday that meditation was difficult or complicated, but it doesn't have to be.
No need to sit cross legged on a yoga mat in the lotus position, just sitting comfortably in a quiet setting is good. My son showed me his meditative routine last time I visited, just a 3 minute session first thing in the morning, directing the mind to focus on your own breathing, the sunlight shining on you skin, the sound of his cat breathing etc.
Thanks for the video @Paco Dennis, right after I click "post reply" I shall start to video. ;)
