30 years ago I learned to meditate by focusing on a spot on my wall. I did it for 20 minutes twice a day...first thing in the morning...and around 6pm. While meditating this morning I had a completely different experience. I could focus on the sound and then let my mind drift to focusing a candle flame, or an image. I let my mind drift until it focused on its own. When I began to drift into "problem solving" I recognized it and in a natural way left it alone to vanish. So, you might want to try it. I think meditation helps our body and mind integrate and operate at its best. That's healthy.
I put it on full screen and have headphones.
