Hi everyone! I see how I can post a thread, but how do I know if it was replied to? For any kind person for whom will help me re: this site, I'd truly appreciate it. Will I be able to see your help? I don't know. Hum.
 
In the top banner, right side, you'll see an envelope for private messages and a Bell symbol next to it. When it is lit up with a number, that means someone has replied.
 
Hi Paulina,
You'll see an alert in the upper right corner when any thread you've posted in is updated.
Also, by clicking your name at the upper right, clicking account details and preferences you can update your settings.

I believe @Paulina is asking about her posts on any thread. She’ll see this because I used @ with her name to flag her. Pauline, you’ll also see any replies to this thread flagged on the bell, because you started it.

@Paulina, @Jules is only saying that she put an alert (using the @) for you on her post so you'd get a notification. Likewise that you will get notifications when someone responds on this thread because you created it. She was helping you. :)

Welcome to the forum. I would very much love to help you, but I am not that good at this myself. I can do for myself but am not that good at explaining. I'm afraid you would be more confused!
