My husband thinks I do but I call it hyperbole. Like Geezer just did I'll say, "I've done that a million times..." and he calls me on it, but one of the definitions of million is "very many."

I do not intentionally exaggerate though I get a big kick out it when I tell someone a true story and they do not believe me. Then later hopefully they find out what I was saying is true.
