I only heard of Cerebellum Hypoplasia in Cats a Few Years Ago.

A live cam at a cat rescue has some. They walk around, may flop over but can get up again. I recently found an Explore live cam rescue that has several. But these poor kitties don't even walk, they just pull themselves around and appear to need extensive care which it also appears they receive. They are sad to watch but supposedly not in pain.

Here is a news story video about them:

The mother of a wobbler is infected with feline parvovirus during pregnancy or the first few weeks after birth.

I've rescued one when the feral mother abandoned him at 4 weeks old. I learned a feral cat will abandon a kitten if they know something is wrong with it. (Her other 2 kittens, now 6 months old are normal and thriving.)

I took care of him, indoors, for 4 weeks, then took him up to the shelter for adoption. They are loving and playful, sometimes forgetting they'll flop over while chasing a toy.

Keeping up with a cats vaccine schedule is a must to keep them healthy.
