I Still have wants, what are yours?

(beware, this is a faith-based response...)

I only want what God wants for me
and only when he wants me to have it.

My wants may not be best for me,
and the timing might not be the best time.

If I ask for something, it will be according to His will.
If it's not, but rather my own will, then things might get messy.

And that's what I don't want.

Live long enough, 'things' become, well, just 'things'

Less 'things'..... less to tend to

It's a form of real freedom

Then, heh, I give 'em to folks
.....sorta satisfy other's 'wants'

Turns out, 'giving' is much much more satisfying
It breeds contentment

This one ended up in Wyoming

Intimacy is important, yet sometimes we humans fail to understand the importance of each other by ignorance and disdain. It would be grand to see everyone equally without bias or hesitation based on differences.
what attracts you to people? Are you attracted by looks? Gender? Wealth/position? or a combination of traits and circumstance?
I am prone to connect with intellectual men/women, open mindedness, adventurer, risk taker, brave, trustworthy, honest, an exchange of mutual contributions.

what do you look for in a potential partner or relationship?
 
I heard that what people (from looking at letters and diaries from the time) were looking for in friendships/romantic relationships up 'till about the time of the Indust. Revolution was someone of "good character". Then it became someone who was "fun to be with." And just here in the last few years, people are always saying they're looking for friends/partners who make them laugh. So looks like one of the things the Indust. Rev. gave us is a desire to be entertained by others.
 
I want to go to Egypt. I want to hug the Pyramids. I want to cruise the Nile. I think as long as you can breathe, you will want stuff. And I bet, when they are putting you in the ground; you probably will want a better cemetery.
