I think my upstairs neighbour's partner might be gone

I have written extensively about the two always arguing when he returns home from his two week work stint in "the mines"
I have not seen or heard her in at least 6 weeks.
Maybe they decided that fighting every time he returned was not the best way to spend life.
It has returned to being really peaceful here now.
I can now return to unbroken sleep which really is a pleasure.

My friend was telling me of the neighbours in the next block of flats. It seems their bedroom was on the same side of the building to hers. Sometimes when they were 'bonking' it seemed to go on for ages, when it stopped she thought 'thank goodness it's stopped' but then it started up again. This goes on sometimes for 3 times a week. She has tried hitting the wall with a broom then silence and it starts up again. Do you think they are 'doing it' or having fun with her? Any suggestions.

Any odd smells??
I was wondering if she really IS gone for good @Bella ...hopefully not disposed of on the property though Muskrat.
I'm glad you can get back to sleeping well. I had a noisy neighbor for years when I first moved into my unit and it drove me crazy. I wanted to move but at the time couldn't afford the rents elsewhere for places that weren't even as nice as our development. The board did nothing and I didn't want to call the cops, as someone had suggested. She was a young mother with two small children who was a nurse. Thank God she finally moved. I found out she died at a fairly young age.

🤔 Only time will tell.
