I want loads of babies

My mother was really big into gardening and plants. It is no exaggeration when I say that in order to eat at the dining table, the potted plants had to be moved off of the table first.

She talked to her plants. She also said they loved music so she would play music for the plants indoors. One year, her veg garden had two rows of willow saplings. I asked her why she planted willow trees like that in the vegetable garden. She was embarrassed to tell me that she had found a pile of willow tree branches on the side of the road so she stopped, picked them up, and used them as stakes for her peas. They sprouted and grew.
 
Actually, I find gardening to be like raising kids. You have to keep an eye out for the bad stuff like bugs, critters and diseases. You need to keep them watered, but not too much. Weeded all the time or you are overrun. Sun, but not too much too soon for those pampered plants you had indoors! Seems like everything is working against your poor little garden plants. But if you are vigilant, they grow into magnificent crops.
 
I bought Good old Henry seeds. The poor things have to stay in the fridge first for 2 weeks. I feel so bad, especially because he's so good.

My grandparents would put my dad in the cold outside during the winter as a baby, because apparently that was good for his health. They do that in Norway and Sweden too. I must admit he never had a cold. Lol but people walking by, when they took the dog inside, yelled: Yeah sure take the dog inside and leave the baby in the cold!
 
I hardly dare to say it but I fed some babies to the rabbits. These cucumbers will become 1,5 meter high. I have tiny balcony. I had 12 and now only 4 left. Also got rid of carrots and radish. These seeds are so tiny. It was all growing on one bunch. But I feel very bad.
 
I just did the same thing with cuttings from my pothos yesterday. I'm preparing them for some indoor pots I bought that I have yet to use. Perfect timing with the weather warming up.

You did a good thing, Messy! Last year the cucumber s quickly spread out and started bullying and crowding the other plants, so I pulled the whole stickery thing up and put it in the trash. The next day I was covered with a red rash.
 
Cucumbers take up a LOT of space to grow. Trying to grow them indoors is a waste of time and money. I hope you have a huge outdoor garden.

Edited after reading entire thread. You only have a tiny balcony. You dont have room for cucumbers. Carrots and radishes yes. I wish you the best Messy.

When I first looked at the picture, I thought you had a skeleton at the side, then I realised that it's the top of a radiator. Are the plants getting enough light? They look a bit 'drawn'.

The tomatoes and strawberries and cucumbers are right in front of the window on the windowsill next to the radiator and the others are outside in plastic greenhouses. I bought a huge greenhouse. 2 meter long and very high. LOL it covered the whole balcony, so I made it way smaller, like a tiny book closet and put it at the side.
