That would be classed as child abuse now days ..however we still have respect for the law and I still cringe at hearing that F word used by young and old alike.
In Adelaide yesterday a 12 year old girl robbed a jewellery store right in the centre of the city the trouble is schools / parents no body is allowed to smack or discipline children now days
