Very rarely do I need to take a painkiller, but when I do, I take ibuprofen .. never Tylenol. I sometimes get a sprain in my side, and ibuprofen works well to alleviate the pain.Hi ; does anyone here still take ibuprofen ? i do; sometimes , but I know after 65 we shouldn't.Most times I'll occsionally take tylenol, but I feel ibuprofen works better.
I take it every day for my arthritis because the narcotics bother my stomach and nothing else prescribed works worth a darn. Most of the arthritis meds have nsaids in them anyway don't they?Hi ; does anyone here still take ibuprofen ? i do; sometimes , but I know after 65 we shouldn't.Most times I'll occsionally take tylenol, but I feel ibuprofen works better.
First about your question: here's a link on ibuprofen and the why;You lost me on this. Why shouldn't people over 65 take Ibuprofen? That's my "go to" medicine for pain.
Me either and they don't wanna give scripts out for narcos anymore without a big to-do.Ooohhhh.... I take ibuprofen because I don't tolerate codeine or narcotic-based pain killers well. I also heard acetominophen was toxic to the liver.
