Believe it or not, there are already pills that claim to do that.

For my purposes, there are already pills that correct almost anything. I've struggled with depression and anxiety in the past and have taken Lexapro for years. I've added natural supplements like Himalaya Joy and ZenWell and I finally feel relaxed and happy. I have Insomnia, but Trazadone helps me sleep 8-9 hours per night. I've added a natural supplement called Fall Asleep Faster to help me get to sleep and I have no complaints.

My only wish is that a pill existed that could immediately irradicate cancer. I've known too many that have succumbed to it and some who are now dealing with it.

And as @Paco Dennis said, a life-terminating pill that we could choose for ourselves would be a wish of mine.

My thinking is that 20 years hence, people will be able to go to their GP and say, "I have had enough of living, can I have the termination pill, please.
