I could dig that. Me being single, who knows............
As far as a car or suv is concerned, I have always dreamed of owning a Cadillac one day. Might get one before I punch out. But in all honesty, I'm fine with what I drive now. A 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe LWB version. Drives great.
Simple life for me, wouldn't want one of those fancy schmantzie RVs, our little camper is good enough for me. We're getting ready to head out on a camping trip at the end of the month...my entertainment will be in the outdoors.
I like the car I have now but I wish it were a smidge bigger. And a fancy RV would be nice, but it never going to happen, lol. My current vehicle is a 98 suzuki sidekick. Small, but great on gas. And high enough to get in and out of. With my joints, bending to get in a car is rough.
I once owned a 1970 Eldorado.
502 cubic inches of front wheel drive power. I could beat Harleys off the line. Leather upholstery, tinted windows, and a killer stereo made it a rolling lounge. I bought it for $100.00 in 1979 after it's owner thought he permanently froze the engine running it out of oil. I gradually "unfroze" it by firing penetrating oil into the cylinders and manually cranking the engine with leverage and a crowbar at the flywheel. Ultimately, I pumped some non detergent 30 weight into those same cylinders and fired her up. About 10 minutes later, after dissipating a huge blue cloud...I had a tight smooth running engine. I wound up selling it for $500.00 to pay the rent...that was my life then.
My computer won't let me go to the site ...said something about a deceptive site gathering information ....but my ideal car would be something that can parallel park by itself. I HATE doing that ! I know there's some cars that can do it .... but it costs too much $$$ .
Other than a few hail dings there's nothing wrong with my black extended cab 2002 Chevy Silverado pickup but if someone felt that they just had to give me a new vehicle I'd take another new Silverado.
If I could have any vehicle it would be a Ford F-150 Shelby Edition. 750 hp. They have a sticker price of right at $100,000. The insurance and property tax would be unaffordable if that was not part of the "if you could have any" deal.
If I had to cover insurance and taxes, would look for a Silverado or Sierra 1500 4WD with low mileage. Less than 10,000 miles and a couple years old. Love my trucks!!!!
The Bentley Continental GT. Yes, I know it's nouveau riche, aka "The Beverly Hills Corvette". But it's breathtaking in person. Photos absolutely do not do it justice. I haven't fallen so hard for a car since the original 1961 Jaguar XKE sportscar made its debut.
