I recently bought an 850 sq ft condo on the AL coast with 2br/2baths. It seems large when I'm there by myself. I could have easily been fine with a 1/1 but got the larger one as family and friends will visit. My primary home in MS is 1200sq feet. Only problem with it........ there is grass to mow. Hate it when its hot like this time of the year. I may eventually just sell it and move to the condo. My backyard there is just a view of the bay. No mowing required.

I've been doing a lot of research on the train car thing & I can find affordable ones that could be fixed up cute BUT it's a big hassle to get them moved to you. Therefore I'm now thinking of an airstream travel trailer I can haul around. I kind of like the idea of being mobile a bit. To just hitch up my house and go somewhere

Huge link, sorry, but I read about the rich and famous downsizing, and I saw some darling places. I mean I'm sure they are pretty plush, but there are different ranges I'm sure
