If you have a cell phone, do you still wear a watch?

If you have a cell phone, do you still wear a watch? I happened to get my watch band caught in a grocery bag, and it cut deeply into my arm. As the blood is squirting out of my arm, I wondered why I was wearing a watch. A quick glance at my phone would have told me3 the time. DUH!!!

Don't have a cell phone or a watch. I have never worn a watch. Just knew where I ad to be at what time. The clock at home always kept me on time. I always leave a little early to make sure I am not late.

I quit wearing a wrist watch once I finally went to a Smart Phone in 2017. The men could not stand me still using a old Flip Phone...

I was hard on wrist watches when working offshore and would use the lower cost Timex's as they was tough and if/when I tore one up it was cheap to replace.

When I was Roughnecking, I did not wear any jewelry (wedding ring) or watches as you could get hung up in Cat Lines or the Spinning Chain and then would be known as Stumpy...

I never enjoyed wearing a watch or other jewelry.

The iPhone, computer, car, microwave, and television are all more than happy to provide the time.

I’m never tethered to my cell phone. It sits in the glove box of my car for emergency use on the road, and I only bought one because pay phones became functionally extinct.

Watches I am never without. I even wear an lcd one to bed that illuminates the dial at the push of a button so I can tell what the heck hour it is when I wake up In the darkness.

I love little machines and devices, and watches and clocks fall into that category. I scrimped and saved until I had enough money to buy my first watch at the age of ten. The cheap mechanical thing gained or lost at least ten minutes a day, but I loved holding it up to my ear so I could hear it tick, and I always knew what time it was, within a few minutes, that is… ⏰

I like watches. I bought 2 by mail, only to find out they didn't have batteries. I also found nice watches at a thrift shop- but the cashier said they were only collectors' items and didn't actually work.
