If you opened a Cafe/Restaurant what style of food would you serve?

I would serve Home Style meals, not fancy stuff. Roasts, with all the trimmings, Rissoles and Mash, Beef Stew, Traditional Shepherds Pie, Salmon/Tuna Patties. Bangers and Mash. Variety of Soups.
Apple Pie, Wine Trifle, Cheesecake, Baked Pudding, Rhubarb Crumble, Pavlova.
Restaurant would be called, Granma's Home Cooking

If I was making it myself..I would open a Plain home cooked food style of restaurant... good warming meals in the winter, and great summer dishes...

if I was opening it because I loved the food the most... and I employed chefs..then it would be Greek...

Probably an awesome salad place with 30 different possible ingredients that you could custom order in your salad, and that were fresh harvested that morning. Chef salads, Cobb salads, Mediterranean salads, Caesar salads, tuna salads, chicken or turkey salad, taco salads, Waldorf, fruit salad, or anything else you want, and with any combination. Build your own creation. Two sizes available small and large.

Did you ever have a Sweet Tomatoes up your way? It was a salad bar restaurant with everything you'd ever want to put in your salad, a build your own. Besides the salad bar, they had a taco bar, a soup bar and may other selections. It was great! I miss it.

Never had that one, but they used to have a Fresh Choice where you could build your own salad. I loved it, but it's now gone. Don't know why. It was wonderful.

In business or retail district with free parking nearby, mostly robotic online app ordering, no tip, simple sandwich restaurant pick-up and simple sit down shaded, wind shielded, Internet wifi, mostly outdoor, with sandwich, snack, and healthy drink sizes all at 1/2 to 1/3 SIZES.

a good old-fashioned cafeteria. Choices of protein with lots of vegetables, salads, breads and desserts. These were my favorite places to go back in the day. Everyone could have what they wanted and the cost was reasonable for most everyone.

Like Crazy Bowl or Quidoba but no meats. I am not a vegetarian. Feed more people cheaper with bigger portions. Whole foods. Beans, rice, veggies, quinoa etc
