Hello everyone. WOW what a friendly group here! Just a little bit about me-I'm a SENIOR blogger ( a rare bird), and am trying to connect with others around my age. I have a blog that talks about the generation a bit before the BOOMERS-those born between 1925-1946. I talk about health issues, relationships when you get older, memories of the good ol' days and concerns that our generation has. I did this because few of us have a voice with the internet being very youth-centric.
Can I ask any of you to visit my blog and tell me what you think? Here is a link to it. Please join up and comment! I'm having difficulty finding those who are online, so I am having to seek y'all out!

Hey Few.
You sound like a very intellligent new member here.
Brighter than the average!:playful::D

I had a look at your link there, and yes there is an awful lot of interesting stuff.

PLEASE Don't tell anyone, but I was born on 3rd July 1944, so I just creep in to the category.

And yes, times were tough and hard back then, but life and people were polite and nice, plus one felt safer than now to be out and about.

War or no war, which of course was ending just as I came into the world.
