Bar Louie was the first place we went to as a couple before we got married, and it became “our place” from then on. We’ve had anniversary dinners there, many celebrations of different kinds including the “just because” ones, and this is the first time since Ron’s accident that we’ve been able to have a leisurely morning of shopping and errand running together, even though Ron spent some of it waiting for me in the car 
So we decided to celebrate his increasing mobility with a stop at our favorite place for their dirty martinis, also a fave!!
