I had a fancy office. It was called a "cockpit" and I wouldn't add or take away anything in it.

An "office" is something I had before retiring. Now, it's just a comfortable room that houses my computer, my bookshelves, and spaces for my more sedate hobbies. Quiet, nice views ... it's enough for me.

My office was just a business tool designed to impress/intimidate the people that walked through the door.

Today I run my empire from a folding table in the corner of my bedroom.

I have to say that it's much less stressful working at an old card table. layful:nthego:

An espresso machine, fresh flowers, ferns and tropical plants; comfortable lounges for doggie and me. Maybe a small, Japanese style water feature.

My "office" is my living room and I have everything I need in it: tv, couch, computer, cell phone, land line, birds, dog..only thing else that would be nice would be a good view, maybe of the ocean!
