Info on solar Panels

That is the 12 volt system, the battery, (top), is giving
0.5A, the middle, the Panel for that controller is giving
0.3A, the output from the 12 volt system is 64.7% efficient,
there are 6 panels 1,000 watts each and each one has its
own controller, the blurred words to the right are controller
settings, something that I am still learning as the instructions,
translated from Chinese to English are a bit strange.

Mike.
Mike, I think maybe you are mixing up the numbers a little. I would like to understand what you have built & even willing to help (I have an MS in electrical engineering and 5 decades of experience) but I can't figure out how your system is configured & how you are calculating efficiencies. Just looking at the controller display, it shows 0.5A which is only 6 Watts for a 12 Volt battery system. Using 0.5A as input and 0.3A as output is truly about 60% efficient. But this is not the efficiency of the solar panels; it is more like the efficiency of the control system (battery charger, wiring loss, etc) which is usually around 90%. It is independent of the solar panel efficiency.
The shown values of 0.5 A and 0.3A are more in line with a charge control for a small 12V battery able to supply less than 6 Watt-Hours but not for a 1000 Watt panel like you are using.
