Inside the Wealthy Arkansas

Thank you for sharing! I visited Little Rock for a business event many years ago. We had a cocktail party in the Clinton Library that was over the top. I know Wal-Mart's headquarters has attracted many to the city.

Re: Bentonville, I know Dave and Jenny Marrs who host Fixer to Fabulous on HGTV are based there and I've been impressed with the footage they show of the city and some of the homes they have renovated.

There's money there for sure!

I went through Arkansas in the 90s in a big rig with a buddy on a long haul trip. Went to Little Rock, Hope and few other towns. There was still flood damage in areas. It was pretty cool scenery on the back roads. Great food at the mom and pop diners and cool little motels. First time I ever saw so many couches on porches plus many people were in brand new luxury cars everywhere from the flood settlements. Had a great time meeting friendly people.

I've actually road-tripped through northwest Arkansas recently, and the sheer amount of corporate wealth blending into the Ozarks landscape is wild to see in person. Between the world-class art museums funded by Walmart money and the massive corporate campuses, cities like Bentonville feel more like trendy tech hubs than what you'd typically expect from the region. It's a fascinating pocket of the country that definitely catches you off guard if you've never been.

I follow that channel and that was a good video. Peter just happened to run into Alice Walton and didn't know who she was when he was talking to her. His videos show the good and bad areas of our country.
I don't know Alice Walton either. But I discovered Peter Santenello's channel maybe two years ago and like his videos. Journalism should be this way, i.e. interviewing people and letting them talk but not making propaganda for one or the other political side.

In my former country all mainstream media did only propaganda for the government and nothing else. And it was always the same propaganda without even a single dissenting opinion.

This is not a pick up bar.......
Kat, it's your avatar.

Edit: You could have answered "I don't need a butcher, I need a massage therapist 🤣"

This member "PheldiaButcher" didn't write an introduction and the profile is private, thus nothing is visible for other members. You don't even find the person with the member search. But sending 'special' PMs to female members. How nice ... not.

For me this would be a red line and I would send Matrix a message.
