A British suicide bomber who set off a bomb in Iraq last week had won a lawsuit for his stay in Guantanamo after being captured in Afghanistan in 2002. He was released in 2004. Won a lawsuit against the British government who he said was complicit in his detainment & treatment while at Gitmo.
