About a brilliant medical examiner who never follows the rules, which sometimes gets him into trouble, but who always winds up solving what sometimes seem like cut and dry murder cases even after the cops think they've gotten the perps. It stars Ioan Gruffud (original Fantastic Four & Forever), who I think is darling. I probably wouldn't have started watching if he wasn't in it. Harrow and his family have some dark secrets of their own but find themselves in grave danger because of someone seeking revenge due to the outcome of an old murder case he had solved. Sometimes the murders and his family's problems intertwine. I really enjoy the show and have been binge watching (somewhat). I watch with the close captioning on to be able to better understand what's being said (due to their accents and expressions).
