My friend wears an American 15 there abouts.
There was a time when the French would cripple
themselves to make their feet seem smaller.
They would wear tiny shoes. I suppose never take them off?

It was just a joke. "Gros pieds, petite oiseau" means if you've got big feet, you probably have a small pen!s.
