Is this can of Salmon bad for you?

Friend of mine had a real bad heart attack. He ate food for years from a food pantry for the poor for years. The can of Salmon has writing on it https://www.ebay.com/itm/1444019072...1291&msclkid=5a24b5d6103617bbebcdd7fe214b49ea

Sodium 300mgs cholest, 55mg, protein 160
He is 75 years old and has worked hard work most of his life. His family can't understand why he would have a bad heart attack after so much hard work?

Our bodies wear out just as any other machine does. Salmon is a very healthy food, not one to be avoided. All physical work takes its toll on the body, and his heart was obviously worn out.

So sorry.

Well, any product can be bad. By that, I mean, food poisoning. Food poisoning tends to cause digestive distress, not cardiac problems. But, of course, anything is possible.

People talk about "suddenly" getting a heart attack. But that is rarely the case. Even if people showed no symptoms, there could have been problems going on for awhile. Also, genetics can play a big role. If folks have bad genes, even if they live a very very healthy lifestyle, then can get profound medical problems.
