It is over!!!!

Mama drug me to Wally World yesterday and the bakery dept. already has their heart shaped Valentine cookies out for sale.....summer tank tops, shorts, and swimwear will probably be on the racks by next week. :)

They're all money making industries these days, I get sick of a holiday long before it arrives from all the ads and promotions. :dollar::dollar:

This was quite a few years ago...my father in law died the 2nd week in February and I needed a jacket that was decent enough to wear with dress clothes (back in 86 we still dressed up for stuff like wakes and funerals),all I could find was summer weight jackets and the like,so while it's been going on a long time I think it's the amount of stuff they try to sell for all these holidays.

Christmas isn't over here, it goes on until the celebrations of New year is done and in Scotland that could be as late as the 6th of January...

I am in Croydon Hollydolly and I think Christmas is
over here, I went into town on Friday and all the
decorations and trees have gone from the shopping
centers, it was sad to realise that it is still the festive
season.

Mike.
